Im on to something...

So lately ive had people tell me that ive been on to something with the 1$ per person to try and raise over 7,000,000,000$. my mom told me that she would buy me a website that i could start something on, and i just wanted to know everybody elses opinions! I say this because i mean it sounds like it would be fun and maybe i could travel a little bit and it would definately make my life more interesting but i want to know anything else anybody has to say because thats what will help me out! i mean do you think i could go somewhere with this and try to get a 1$ donation from everybody in the world then make donations to certain charities? I suppose that if i were to do it i could start the campaign on a website and then i might start another blog about that, it would definatly be a journey of a lifetime thats for sure!

Buy a man a fish and you feed him for a week, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

That would be the campaigns slogan because if the whole world came together as one and just donated something so little the world could and would change in a HUGE way, i mean if you really think about it what could u do with 7,000,000,000? think about how many people we could help, children we could help, diseases we could cure, animals we could save, with just one dollar from each person we could change the world, and thats why im hoping that maybe i could get this off the ground because i think that the world needs to know that even something so small as 1$ could change the world.

The purpose of life is not to be happy - but to matter, to be productive, to be useful, to have it make some difference that you have lived at all. ~Leo Rosten

We can do no great things, only small things with great love. ~Mother Teresa

  1. I love that quote by Mother Teresa....she always inspires me with her words. I have learned that you can inspire others with your words....but words without action are merely dreams. I also learned that you have to be willing to "walk the talk" if you're going to make a difference. It isn't easy, but who said anything worth doing was easy? I'm right there with you if you decide to go forward with the campaign....because you CAN do anything you set your mind to!
